The Charter Processing Platform is intended to be an extension of the disasterscharter.org operational workflow management system COS-2. The Charter Processing Platform is intended to be operated as a portfolio of on-line EO processing services i.e. hosted services running both systematically (automatically triggered by COS-2 notifications) and on-demand (triggered by a Charter PM, a Charter member, etc.)
