I try the processing for COMBI but it’s didn’t work

Dear Mohammad,
checking your recent COMBI job logs, you seem to provide a wrong parameter input to the field “Product reference for output resolution”.
Cf. the Tutorial section here:

Point 8. “Set as ‘Product reference for output resolution’ the same S2 product”
This means you shall simply drag and drop in this field the catalog reference of the source product (or one of the source products, if you combine multi-sensor inputs). The system will fetch the resolution from it.
