The first African workshop of the Hydrology TEP project will be held in Niamey (Niger) at AGRHYMET premises during 7-11th November 2016. In this workshop, H-TEP platform services (floods, hydrological modeling, WOIS…) will be introduced by Swedish Hydrological Meteorological Institute (SMHI) to 22 users from Niger, Burkina Faso, Mali, Nigeria and Benin.The main goal of the workshop is assessing water authorities in the Niger River about floods forecasting systems using Earth Observation data.
