Our upcoming training session from the NoR Webinar Series (eo4society news) will focus on the Geohazards Exploitation Platform (GEP) by Terradue.
The GEP aims to support the exploitation of EO data for geohazards with a primary focus on mapping hazard prone land surfaces and monitoring terrain deformation. GEP gives access to distributed EO data repositories powered by dedicated ICT resources and storage. It also provides data processing services and support for the community to integrate their own algorithms on the platform by leveraging a dedicated Cloud application integration environment.
This introductory session will give you an overview of the GEP Portal tools and data processing services and show you how they can be used to address geohazard-related challenges. You will also learn the possibilities available to integrate the different services and tools into your workflows.
At the end of the session, we will walk you through the ESA NoR Portal and the Sponsoring process that allows you to try out the different services presented.
